5. Transfer of Ownership
Ownership of the vehicle is transferred to us or our partners upon payment and completion of the necessary paperwork at the time of pickup. You are responsible for canceling your vehicle registration and insurance as per state laws.
6. Payment
Payment is made at the time of pickup, subject to verification of the vehicle's condition and ownership documents (title/ID). We typically pay via check or cash as agreed upon.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velocity Auto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services.
